Leadership

Malcolm became our Music Minister in December of 2023. He has served other churches in Mississippi and Arkansas, along with his wife Margaret (our Financial Secretary) as Music Director, working with youth, starting youth and adult choirs in several churches. Malcolm is a veteran of the Air Force, spending 4 years in Telecommunications Maintenance. Malcolm became a Christian after the tragic death of his first wife Deborah, during childbirth. He was left with 2 young daughters. The pastor that led him to the Lord, who had also lost a wife, was Gerald Aultman in Hattiesburg, MS. Struggling to put his life back together with 2 young daughters, He met Margaret, being introduced by a friend. They have been married since June 19, 1992. Malcolm also participated in 2 mission trips to Honduras.

Margaret took the job as Financial Secretary in 2023. Margaret's career has been in positions including: Veterinary Assistant, seamstress, nurse and hospice nurse. She and her husband Malcolm have a farm with chickens, pigs, cows, cats, and dogs. Margaret also has a quilting group, and sewing group here at the Foothills campus, and enjoys teaching young people how to sew. Along with being our Financial Secretary, Margaret sings in the choir, and serves as church clerk. She is a valuable asset to Foothills.
